In the event that you haven’t heard yet, Michele and I have done the math and realized that we had to go ahead and move. At our current home we’re spending about 79% of our income on rent, bills, fuel, and car insurance. That doesn’t include anything like food or fun. Jonathan of HFR fame and his wife Julie proposed the idea of moving in together in a house here in town. After debating the pros and cons we decided to join them in the new house. It’s bigger than our current house, but at the same time our bedrooms are gonna be smaller. It’s gonna be an interesting test of patience, especially for Jonathan. In the meantime guess we’ll have a bit of Brady Bunch dynamic inspiration for inspiration for Jonathan and myself. It’ll be interesting to see what becomes of it. But then again, if you follow Jonathan’s LiveJournal you may have already seen a preview.

There is a truck that comes through on a regular basis. It’s a 1/4 ton pickup with a camper like box on the back. You can climb into it and it’s filled with meat on ice. It’s one of the most disturbing things I can think of.
I’m hoping that soon I can get back into the swing of updating on a regular basis. I’ve a girlfriend dating for a couple months and it’s serious, serious enough to disrupt my regular routine. Hopefully I can get back into my regular patterns soon, okay, that’s not gonna happen, but maybe I can find some new patterns that can include my new less single reality.
Oh, by the way, her name is Michele.

Old idea, new comic. I’m taking a page out of dorkboy comics’ Damian Wilcox’s. I’m appalled at the quality but kinda impressed by the result. All told about 2 hours in Sketchbook and 30 minutes in Photoshop.
Thank God that the owners never actually hired him.
